High concept gaming is such a hit and miss affair. Some high concept games get a good critical reception but get absolutely mauled by the great gaming public, and fail to sell in sufficient numbers to be deemed financially successful. Others just strike a chord with everyone lucky enough to take that leap of faith and buy into the idea.
