New Music Hitting Rock Band

Harmonix and MTV Games recently announced what players can expect to see beginning on December 8 on the XBox360 and Wii and on December 10 for Playstation 3 gamers.  The songs that will be hitting the Rock Band music store include:

Slipknot - “Duality”

Slipknot - “Psychosocial”

Slipknot - “Sulfur”

Simon & Garfunkel - “I Am A Rock”

Simon & Garfunkel - “The Sounds of Silence”

Lights Resolve - “Dreaming of Love” (available on XBox360 and PS3 only)

These songs will cost 440 Microsoft points and $5.49 on the Playstation Store.  Each song individually costs 160 Microsoft points, $1.99 on the Playstation store and 200 Wii points.

Additionally, Green Day will be hitting the Rock Band music store on December 15 for the XBox360 and Nintendo Wii with the Playstation 3 getting it on December 17th.  The “Green Day Pack 02″ will include the following songs:

“Christian’s Inferno”

“Last of the American Girls”

“iViva La Gloria!”

The pricing for these songs is the same as listed above.  All of the songs that are bolded will also be available in the family friend Lego Rock Band store.
