Modern Warfare 2 DLC Announced

Activision has announced that the first downloadable pack for Modern Warfare 2 will hit on March 30th.  They are calling it the “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Stimulus Package” and it will introduce the first new downloadable multiplayer maps for Modern Warfare 2.  No price was announced, however, previous Call of Duty map packs have been released for 800 Microsoft points so one can assume that this new pack will feature similar pricing.

Additionally, Silver XBox Live members who have not yet experienced the exciting adrenaline rush of “Modern Warfare 2″ will be able to try it with a Multiplayer Unlock event running from March 12 to March 15. 

These new Modern Warfare 2 maps are initially exclusive to XBox Live.  No timeframe has been announced for them hitting the Playstation Network.
