Halo Reach Documentary And Details
Videos, Xbox360 | Brandon Hofer | April 22, 2010 at 12:40 pmBungie has released a new video documentary on Halo Reach taking players behind the scenes of the highly anticipated beta that will launch on May 3rd. Â They also announced that pre-orders are starting today for the Limited and Legendary versions of Halo Reach respectively. Â Halo Reach will be available in standard, Limited and Legendary editions when the game launches this Fall. Â Both the Limited and Legendary editions are filled with content based on the fiction of Halo Reach and the Halo universe. Â The Legendary edition is designed for the Halo fan who “has to have it all.” Â The centerpiece is a 10 inch tall, more than 10 pound statue of Noble Team, created by the acclaimed designers at McFarlane Toys. Â The details of each edition is below:
Halo Reach Limited Edition – In addition to the game disc and manual, the Limited Edition includes:
- Game disc housed in recovered ONI “black box”
- An exclusive Elite armor set for use in multiplayer modes
- Artifact bag containing Dr. Halsey’s personal journal and other classified documents and effects that unravel long held secrets from the Halo universe
Halo Reach Legendary Edition – The complete Halo Reach collection. Â In addition to the game disc, manual, and the complete contents of the Limited Edition, the Legendary edition also includes:
- Noble Team statue expertly crafted by the artisans at McFarlane Toys. Â Individually molded, hand-painted and individually numbered, this statue is a must have for any serious Halo fan.
- UNSC-themed custom packaging
- An exclusive multiplayer Spartan armor effect
The Halo Reach standard edition will retail for the normal $59.99. Â The Limited Edition will be available for $79.99 and the Legendary Edition will be available for $149.
As I mentioned above there was also a new video documentary released titled, Carnage Carnivale. Â This new video goes behind the scenes showing new gameplay footage from the upcoming beta with commentary from the Bungie design team.
