TotallyGN was recently invited to try out 1C’s new racer, Off Road Drive.  According to 1C, Off-Road Drive is the first game ever to deliver a true-to-life, off-road, extreme racing experience. Players will take part in The Russian trophy, Off-Road Trial, Thai Trophy and many other events through the worst driving conditions with a variety of natural obstacles like swamps, rocks, snow and sand.
No other game features this variety of off-road sport vehicles including tuned stock SUVs and trucks, as well as several classes of prototypes specifically built for off-road driving. The vehicles can be equipped with an assortment of special cross-country equipment and accessories including winches, low gear, differential gear locking, GPS, clinometer, altimeter, tire air pressure control, sand tracks, etc.
Some of the Off Road Drive features include:
- Leading international off-road championships
- Racing and mud bogging
- Touch challenges and obstacles to beat
- Special off-road equipment and accessories (Lowered gearing, front/rear locking differentials, winch, etc.)
Depending on the type of gamer that you are the controls for this title could be a huge bonus or a huge detriment. Â The controls are very realistic in this game and if you are a casual racing fan you might find this game to be to hard. Â If your vehicle gets stuck somewhere then you will have a wench that you can use to pull yourself out. Â You also might find yourself spinning out a lot when you come across various elements in the terrain. Â If you are a more hardcore racing fan you might enjoy the challenge that this game will have to offer. Â You will have to pay attention to every little detail because if you don’t you won’t survive the race. Â No release date has been given but Off Road Drive will be exclusive to the XBox360.
