    Activision has announced that the second pack of new multiplayer maps from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is now available in North America for the Playstation 3.  Featuring five maps, the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Resurgence Pack can be downloaded for $14.99 from the Playstation Store.
