Bungie has released a new video documentary on Halo Reach taking players behind the scenes of the highly anticipated beta that will launch on May 3rd. Â They also announced that pre-orders are starting today for the Limited and Legendary versions of Halo Reach respectively. Â Halo Reach will be available in standard, Limited and Legendary editions when the game launches this Fall. Â Both the Limited and Legendary editions are filled with content based on the fiction of Halo Reach and the Halo universe. Â The Legendary edition is designed for the Halo fan who “has to have it all.” Â The centerpiece is a 10 inch tall, more than 10 pound statue of Noble Team, created by the acclaimed designers at McFarlane Toys. Â The details of each edition is below: Halo Reach Limited Edition – In addition to the game disc and manual, the Limited Edition includes: Game disc housed in recovered ONI “black box” An exclusive Elite armor set for use in multiplayer modes Artifact bag containing Dr. Halsey’s personal journal and other classified documents and effects that unravel long held secrets from the Halo universe Halo Reach Legendary Edition – The complete Halo Reach collection. Â In addition to the game disc, manual, and the complete contents of the Limited Edition, the Legendary edition also includes: Noble Team statue expertly crafted by the artisans at McFarlane Toys. Â Individually molded, hand-painted and individually numbered, this statue is a must have for any serious Halo fan. UNSC-themed custom packaging An exclusive multiplayer Spartan armor effect The Halo Reach standard edition will retail for the normal $59.99. Â The Limited Edition will be available for $79.99 and the Legendary Edition will be available for $149. As I mentioned above there was also a new video documentary released titled, Carnage Carnivale. Â This new video goes behind the scenes showing new gameplay footage from the upcoming beta with commentary from the Bungie design team.
